Dont forget they are targetting many other partnerships, this is not the end of the line, and some will be with remitters and MTOS with a customer base (like Mexican MoU mentioned previously). There are plenty of companies with a user base but old legacy systems that will have to do something with the onslaught of tech competition and Airpocket could offer a great option for them.

so, if they released airpocket tomorrow, and users started transfering money from x country to x country, airpocket wouldnt be breaking any laws?

so why dont they just do that? why are they only releasing the app to the american market?
