I wonder if there will be any issues with the upcoming animal model data packs and the fact they may not truly show the "sink effect" of the absorbtion of cpp's by the large cell mass of the human body as opposed to mouse model.

I hope this is not another one of these surprising oversights, as in pyc think they are producing what clients want to see, yet clients may not be interested in the data packs because they are well aware that what works for mice may be a whole different story in humans when using cpp. I think bioexec eluded to tha fact that this is why they like the mouse model, yet he was well aware of this downside to mouse testing and so may others be.

Its all good to try and get data ready to go but it needs to be something that demonstrates real world use. I assume the best policy is just to keep quiet and not ask, hope no one notices lol?

I wish i understood the cpp tech a little better. Originally i got the impression cpp were selected because only certain ones were absorbed by certain cell types. Now it seems most are absorbed by any cell type, and the only question is if endosomal escape occurs after absorbtion by a specific cell?? Is that correct??
