They can't just keep issuing shares whenever they like, I am against this. 5M revenue is nothing, how much profit will be in the kitty with 5M revenue???
Performance shares should be based on SP, ok if we hit 20 cents , 50 cents, $1 etc ??? should be based on SP and NOT on revenue!!! if we keep issuing shares based on revnue only Simon/Duffel and company will make money and NOT us retail holders !!!!
