    Here is the MD complaining about the new ASIC rules.

    Atlas was one of the worst offenders. Even the most recent AGO presentation contains forward looking statements like "$100m operating cashflows" for this year.

    The staggering shareholder losses suffered at AGO and its fanciful statements are partly to blame for the ASIC heavy handedness.
