But SH 's are in high risk not them, for eg: if ROAM -E doesn't work or market don't like it, SP will be in the free fall and we loose the money NOT them, how many directors of ASX have you seen gone broke !!!! They are the one who always make money, also, don't forget they get paid top$ in salary from our money.
So, they have pie in both hands, salary and performance shares/ bonus etc.
I have seen other companies directors getting performance shares based on SP which is fair, if we go up we go up together, if we fall, we fall together
How much fat is there in 5M revenue, may be 10% after all the expenses/ admin etc which will be appx. 500,000 !!! and how many shares they are getting for that ..you do the maths, !!!
