I think management have handled this well and am happy that there is at least some measure for those who have risked more on market to get more now.

I do feel for people who legitimately had to sell PLS shares on market to pay for their allocation and now miss out as their money has been tied up now for no reason and the offer was too good not to do it, but at least many of those people can probably get in now at a cheaper price than they sold at.

I'm not as optimistic as some that refund cheques will be used to buy on market. People were happy to throw money at the company when they are purchasing 65 cent shares for 38 cents. They will be a lot less keen buying them for their current value.
