What I raise into question, based on the speculation that there could be a takeover, is whether there is a change of ownership/control clause. If the interests of UQ were not aligned with the new controlling party, then its possible that UQ could pull the plug. I therefore feel that the speculation of a takeover is just silly without knowing this simple fact.
