Why oh why would you let a substantial holder exit on market?????
Even the dumbest of investor relations dudes know to monitor your top 20 and make damn sure that if they want out then you find a buyer and do this off market. There is nearly always someone who wants more but equally doesn't want to buy on market either due to the volumes they seek...
Plain stupidity if you ask me.
