Toppy, its not a good situation but we just have to work through it. To be fair most of us supported the board and sincerely hoped they would do right at the beginning. Unfortunately when they just through people on our board prior to last AGM, especially when none of them have ever been directors in oil/gas before, I had serious questions as to why they did that when we had so many experienced and truly independent professionals to choose from.

Hi Singa, reading your post the old adage of being between a rock and a hard place seems to apply here, have our directors degenerated into a life style directors paradise, if directors are not attending office or meetings it beggars belief that anyone being this recalcitrant should be retained in any capacity at all and yes I am negative but I believe in getting remuneration for input and that does not include none attendance.
