The market still can price in "potential". Take a look at XPE. An example only. The MC is nearing $200mil. Has great potential and $8 mil in the bank but, last qrt revenue was $93K. The announcements of partners/associations are driving the sp but none of the announcements I have seen have $ attached. App downloads are a good indicator and if you take the heady days of NOR for example they helped but it really took off when the company started issuing revenue generation along side the download numbers. All be it annualised. The market assumed this trend would continue forever and a day. IE, millions of downloads corresponding in millions in revenue. When it didn't the rest is history. I doubt the App will be going viral any time soon just on the telefonica deal but as it's the only deal and pretty much the only people who would be interested in downloading it would be movistar customers then it will give us a good gauge. Then you have to consider retention rates or reusers as a percentage of downloads. Reviews will help. All IMO
