re: management buyout hypothetical Personally, I like to think the management of HDR are focussed on their jobs rather than some dodgy insider day trading.
Directors and executive management purchases in professionally run companies are limited to fixed windows of opportunities.
Many of the posters here would be the first to cry foul if the directors were to buy right and sell right!
