    I prefer it not be a processor acquisition as it would expose GXY/GMM revenue to LCE pricing risk. Happy with GXY to take the profits from selling lithium concentrate and let the Chinese processors deal with all the operational and pricing issues associated with processing it into LCE/LiOH.

    Anyway, GMM's announcement gives it all away -"corporate control". I'll be happy to punt that will be changes to who has control over GMM.
