I'm sure that no one will be fined for producing A2-Only protein milk. It's not like a law enshrined by politicians and judges... It's just a matter of whether A2MC wants to spend money on lawyers to sue other companies. It will be interesting to see if that happens - and probably why the news that there are up to 4 companies launching A2-only milk to challenge A2MC's patents. If A2MC gets involved with suing others, then I can see that the NPAT will reduce as you need more money to deduct from the EBITDA.
