The loss of potential Dargues development is the
real pity IMO, although it was always doubtful given the strength of NIMBY feeling in this area. If you have some patience and want a potential ten bagger curiouswon I would suggest you have a serious look at AYR. Big blue sky exploration play largely funded through JV with cashed up DRM. I don't want to crow but I was in GCY way back and remain a solid holder. Still plenty of legs there. As I always recommend DYOR.
