I have been told that in Canada the names of those transacting is disclosed.
It would make interesting reading if it was to occur for ASX stocks. But lets face it ASX and ASIC would not agree to such transparency. A bit like their inaction to protect shareholders when failure of disclosure is discovered. Big business dominates these two institutions in my opinion.
