I just dont think the jobs will be out there in the future to sustain these sort of prices. Technology will make more jobs redundant and we will need to continually search for opportunities that are not mainstream. As Sector Lead said we will need to be more entrepernuerial and self driven instead of being armchair property dons. The signs are out there if anyone cares to look.

The poor white trash of Asia? we are heading that way if we continue to think we are 'wealthy' because of the valuations in our street.
