Look at a Company called Asian Growth Properties (AGP) listed on the AIM market.
It has £850 million in cash in the bank, own over a £billion in producing assets, and yet 1 sell trade of £500 knocked £40m, yes £40 million off its market cap (share price dropped 7% on this trade).
At the close of play tonight, this £2billion + business, the share value was down to £0.485 giving it a market worth of some £430m, but is expected to lose at least another £110m because they are giving out a divi payment of just under £0.17 bringing its M/C down to £340m...
