1/4/1 I'm for a positive outcome because of the options available for a VA 2nd Meeting include high on the list of possibilities Hand Back to Directors.
Hand back to current shareholders and their directors.
In March various cut'n'pastes on the VA mechanism, procedure were posted here. Think hand back was Number Two, think even before DOCA preparation.
Anyhow I just "got onto" that Director handback as a probable outcome because TON had particular circumstances [No Huge Debt for one] that made the need of total liquidation not the ONLY option.
Further TON had particular FActors that point to VA being used for Restructure and Re Capital VA use.Recap/Restructure that involves a ongoing interest by existing shareholders ie Director Hand Back.

Anyhow IMO one for one trying to organise a Shareholder Class Action before the VA 2nd Meeting outcome would be difficult and fruitless. I'm advising you that the VA has also "powers" to formulate preliminary report for ASIC re Breeches etc. This could be a basis for Shareholder Class Action and imo a much more valid basis than some 'hooey' tossed around here on HC.

Anyhow Higgo is still in place.
IMO down the data room it's AMG/GK vs the MellonHeads and WAINCers.
Know it's the Mellons because of "feelers" put out to Wolves and Wombats TON Substantial Holders.
Can just use Market Dynamics Theory to identify AMG/GK as requiring 100% tenement requirement for being IN on Ton Ancuabe.

GMP the Institution/Brokerage months ago announced they were leaving Australia to return to Canada. Their Perth Staff are "re organising". The Perth Staff who "oversee/agreed" with the Grafex "deal".

IMO Higgo is looking for Other Lead Brokers. This is causing "bad blood" knives are out. Bit of doing the spit over drinks after work going on etc etc whatever.
