Interestingly, in the 2014 Entitlement Offer Information Booklet (page 10), they list the outstanding unlisted options.

There is a reference to 1,000,000 $.70 2016 options outstanding, allocated to ' Former Director' (obviously Dulhunty).  Why the discrepancy?

On further investigation, they also reference 1,300,000 $.70 options allocated to 'Directors'.  Hopper, Molloy and Altman were still directors at the time of the issue of the Information Booklet, but had 1,500,000 issued to them (as above).

Makes no odds in the wash - its the same overall number of $.70 options, but its pretty sloppy work by the Company Secretary & CFO in producing the document.
