With a combined market cap of GMM+GXY I expect it is easier to raise capital or JV. $704.3M combined at current values and GXY is sadly undervalued at present so that can only go up.

GMM presumably, if assets not spun off, bring their existing Gold tenement assets as backing.

HOPEFULLY, they just raise the 200-300M needed for buildout of SdV / JB via a limited JV and go ahead now... that
way GXY will hit $2.50 a share one day.
