Hi KL, we appreciate your continued enthusiasm for TON. It is hard to be a believer when we are in receipt of discouraging examples of manipulation and possible criminality. The perception that we are being "farmed" is reinforced by the performance of other players in the game. The controllers of TONs destiny ie FH, GH , BB and Grafex may pull their finger out for the benefit of the small mum and dad investors but it does not appear likely.
A reorg of say 1 for 4 shares currently held and a relisting at 6c is unpalatable but at least leaves shareholders with a small holding . Any greater dilution than that would probably place shareholders into a deep hole that would be hard to extricate from.
As we all know the TON assets are worth millions and some of the above players are scheming to obtain complete control. The suspense is quite stressful for all of us... the question is will TON re emerge as a listed ASX company that allows wounded shareholders to refill their portfolio (if in fact they are true believers) or will it fade away to be just another killing made by the scam artists ? If minority shareholders are to be respected then FH or GH should issue notices of progress in proceedings that are informative to all...it is not a play thing of the big boys only. FH and GH now have a good idea about probable outcomes. It is too easy for them to surround the issue will pious one liners that are based on obvious disrespect for small players that have their hard earned dollars invested. The ASX rules that allow the employees of the company ( BB, Grafex FH and directors) to be deemed creditors who fight over the remaining assets whilst minor shareholders (or suckers as no doubt BB would refer to) ...are disenfranchised , is disgusting.! August is a long way away .. I hope shareholders can maintain the belief and not become despondent (as the big boys hope we do ), so that we accept our probable fate and go to the poorhouse quietly . Not this little brown duck !!!!!!! Onwards and upwards ! merlin
