yep good call. the overseas expansion plans worry me a bit, as so many other companies have found that to be a tougher gig than expected. but maybe these guys will be one of the exceptions.
as you say, they seem to be still able to grow the business within australia and they continue to demonstrate that the product, management systems they offer, are first rate. I think it is likely there will be a more determined takeover bid somewhere around the corner as the big boys will want the IP. they should definitely be trading at a premium and not a discount to the market. the PE will be ridiculously low after this most recent announcement.
