    Something tells me he will be linked to our shares for a very long time, even if the company is taken over.

    Right now the company would be perfect for FMC's 3 phase plan to increase their Lithium Hydroxide production. It will either be these guys or Pilbara. Though in Pilbara's case FMC would want to find a way to get rid of that GAM first rights clause.
