Just logically working out with the information at hand:

"Changes" means just that - someone is leaving their role and likely being replaced with someone else either within the board or from outside.

* Tomkinson is unlikely to leave as he holds plenty of vendor shares
* Peter Wall holds f/a shares and could be a candidate to leave as he has done his bit on ZYB but doesn't warrant a TH unless being replaced with someone of significance.
* The resignation of Clay Epstein is of significance and would warrant a TH. If this is the case then we are left up Clacker Creek without a paddle unless of course he is being replaced with someone of great pedigree.

Overall it doesn't sound positive to me at all and I fear the worst.
