Your math is correct, but the comment, 'When Botanix re-lists it will list at 2c', is just plain wrong.

Yes, the capital raise is at 2c, but the price it opens at when re-listing depends on a huge number of factors.

If shares in the cap raise are hard to obtain, as I believe they are, and the prospectus outlines a speculative, but potentially new, disruptive product(s) in a huge market(s), then it is market cap you should be concerned with, not price.

And the market is determining that the company's market cap, at this stage of development, is far higher than the 2c capital raise figure would have you believe. Perhaps that is why it will probably be over-subscribed?

If they can achieve their goals, as per the prospectus, then a 1c pre-consolidation price will look rediculously cheap. And with the evidence they appear to have so far, along with the proven expertise within the new management, then 'blue sky' share prices will be the norm.
