I notice that the report is dated 23/5/16 so current thinking.
They do not envisage any drop in prices- an expectation of a steady increase over the next few years
There is an expectation the price will rise, but not run away
They do fully expect the battery industry will expand greatly and do accept the inevitability of this happening
They don't seem overly concerned about supply shortages but that could just be the translation missing the nuances.
The report recognises that subsidies will have an impact on consumer demand- there is an understanding that subsidies will be provided.
