I am pretty sure sure that is not it. This patent refers to graphene oxide. Graphene oxide is water soluble due to the polar effects of the oxygen, and therefore it doesn't require surfactants or plasticizers to work, which makes it very interesting. Whether it might work as well as CNT, and whether it is as cost effective to produce as CNT is open to question.
The IP which for which Eden pays a royalty would be for the mixture of surfactants used to disperse carbon nanotubules in cement.
