Yep, fair point. I see what you are getting at.

I think Stock may have been a little off on that statement, Stocks is that a clear memory you came away with?

I'm pretty clear that it was RM's assumption they had or would reapply rather than RM knowing it for a fact.

That said, even if they reapply I am confident they will not be successful for the fundamental reasons that:

A. Very little landowner support;
B. Currently have 3 tenements (see my above posts); and
C. The SIG are looking for the revenue mining will provide and SMM have shown little interest in mining it in the near future.

All of which to me really makes whether RM thinks they have or are yet to reapply a moot point.
