2:1 or 3:1 consolidation takes us to an SP of $1-1.5.
Then issue 200M shares at $1-$1.50 in hong kong.
This gives us about $200-300M.
It cuts shares back to 600-800M shares plus 200M in hk. Total 800M to 1B shares again.
This allows sufficient liquidity in Aus and HK.
