The Superannuation Scheme IMO was set up to give the Fund Managers plenty of Dumb Money to play with so they can enter and exit their own private positions and get filled by using the Super Funds that they manage.
I reckon the pure fact that Super Funds only get on average a Market return of the Index is Proof that the Fund Managers purely use the Super Funds they manage to set up and push their own trades and investments.
