The biographical details of the board merely show the current biological sex of the members, not how they choose to identify, which may change. You and your old-fashioned brethren would have them refused access to the men's toilets and changing rooms based on appearance alone.
We are beyond that now. I would encourage any gender-biased group to change how half their number identify to even up the balance. Much easier than hiring anybody new.
