    It seems to be a tactic by the fans of CDU to sidetrack realists with pedantic points of order, perhaps as a distraction from the cold hard facts, or maybe it's something to do with deep seated denial.

    The plant was supposed to be finished months ago.

    It's not.

    ........and we can only speculate on when it's going to produce any revenue.
