2 weeks ago from today they announced the LOI, the broad terms of the potential acquisition, broad descriptions of what is included in the acquisition, and the immediate next steps (due diligence and finalizing contract). What update are you looking for? That due diligence is underway as stated 2 weeks ago? That contract negotiations are underway, as stated 2 weeks ago? Or are you expecting all care to be thrown to the wind and for due diligence and contracting to have been conducted and completed over the last 10 working days. If so, then may I respectfully submit, that you are out of touch with reality. Even a large corporation with departments of people to throw at such an exercise, would need more time.
