Explain the difference:

HRR - market cap of $50 million backed by $25 million in cash with 100% of quality, high grade, large zinc resource, fully permitted, good location blah blah blah blah blah

RXL - market cap of $35 million, bugger all cash, 30% of un-permitted high grade, large zinc resource near the centre of the earth in the middle of nowhere.

I don't get it.
