When people talk about 'cappers' I always read that with a grain of salt and dose of healthy cynicism... but just looking at the course of sales on the ASX and its ludicrous. Cross sales at 2.75c right after a buy at 2.8c and of values of $8 and $38.
Yep, in this case its definitely being manipulated - someone really wants to accumulate I think.
