You misinterpreted my words. 1PG took 5M of investor cash and lost all but 94k, and has consistently been a loss making venture since the day it was founded. I was saying that if investors are content with a company that takes 5M and gives back 94k (which is just throwing money essentially), they would be better off just handing 5M to any one on the street and asking for 4.9M back.
