WD I'm not too interested in posting much on this thread, due to cheer squad defensiveness to objective thoughts. If I must though, quoting from wikipedia - "In 2007–08, Destra lost $76.9 million, having made 13 acquisitions in the previous three years.[6] Destra was placed into administration in November 2008 and its divisions were sold in administration."

Frankly I'm not convinced that lessons have been learned from that disater. I'm not convinced there was due discipline on Track Acquisition, or that they have proved Track is performing well, or that the premium Q&A services are really value creative, lets face it this stuff has been around for years, its old hat. Or that an aggregator business is not exposed to massive traffic swings at the push of a button (I have been involved in PSMS, DCB etc and seen it happen). Add to that the mezzanine (!!) interest being paid on large debt, I won't be a believer that lessons have been learnt until they do all the things Q has been banging on about. And in my opinion the investment community has been burnt once, and they have long memories. I am not a professional investor but if I'm seeing these questions, what do you think they're thinking....
Maybe the time will come to buy CM8 but not yet
