Am I reading this right? The prospectus is to raise up to 174M shares at 2c?
Shouldn't it be done at a VWAP basis or something?
Does that mean that anyone who bought in between 2.1 and 2.9c over the last 3 months has been duped, as you can now just enter at a flat 2c? Someone please tell me I've read this wrong or something..?
I hold, and I'm just genuinely wondering if I'm missing something here?
