There is a lot of talk about accumulators and I also lean that way BUT isn't it correct that when someone reaches a substantial holding of close to 6 % it has to be declared?
6% is around 27 Million shares. Over the last months surely it should not have been too hard for an accumulator to build this stake .... but no ASX declaration yet.
Is this really happening
