Have been watching this with interest not in yet couple of reasons
1 Pattos not a big fan

2 acquiring this asset yet have no cash ( at what cost will this be to existing SH with regards dilution )

3 How do you longer term guys view this board are they capable

4 The biggest one for myself personally when researching a stock is do the board have plenty of skin in the game because if they do they will not only look after their own investment but mine also
These guys appear to have zip invested not a good look really especially when this is supposed to look so good
Would love to here the longer termers view on these questions
