AUZ has been producing nickel for over a year. They started out with very high and unacceptable production and development costs. Then they got costs under control. No-one really belived in the longevity of the mine, so the sp crashed to a penny and a half. Then the nickel price went to US$14 pound, now they are making around $1,000,000 per quarter of profit AND they are finding nickel zones throughout the Blair Mine. The really exciting find is the feeder zone off of Area 57 in a shallow part of the mine. IF this zone has "legs" the production history of 26,000 tonnes of nickel will be eclipsed and production will scream from its current rate. IMHO sellers have not really woken up to the true value of the business. This is one of the few SP's that is going vertical in a very soggy market. Could easily go to 10-15 cents or higher IMHO. Watch the ASX releases, there will lots of very interesting ones on the way as drilling is ongoing on multiple levels of the mine. Current valuation at $16 million is aextremely undervalued.
