GT - thank you !!!!!! Took you some time to collate this and I really appreciate that.

The revenue milestones are what stood out the most for me along with an MSA with a US major Corp execution clause - huge !! We already knew about Flamingo's business and clientele - can't wait to see the fin report in the prospectus and meeting doc.

The $13m and $28m milestones appear large, however based on the scale of US economies, perhaps not so particularly considering we acquire 100% of Flamingo via a newly incorporated US wholly owned subsidiary. I suppose the fin reports will tell us how far off these revenues Flamingo currently are.
