Sam my post was addressed to legless as well and you'll see he mentioned pump'n'dump thus my reference to it regarding Pattersons. Patterson "covered" shares have a well known reputation for "suffering" the p&d but then again all speccie shares that spike in a day get that eod accusation bandied about usually in one liner posts. Think mostly bt Peak buyers say 16/18 yesterday.
I also refer you to my other post last night where accumulation over at least the last 2 years has been occuring for being in the shell/rebirth game. Such accumulators are usually expecting a tech company birth.
Yes there's dilution and more CR's coming to supplement the asset sales. I have concerns that the Stratmin allocation may somehow issue to Shareholders instead of being held by the Company. This would cause an overhang as Stratmin Holders COULD just sell.
However some posts have re assured me this won;t happen.
I'm also thinking CR's may include all shareholder participation, a SPP up to $15k allocation. Also issuing listed Options also perhaps cornerstoning by Asbury's. There even could be a Consolidation move to get the Register down from a billionish on issue to say 200milish.
Such Directorship would mean more to me than them having "skin in the game".
Anyhow yes called Arrogant quite often. I can live with that, it's my writing style that comes from my lifestyle.
What was yesterday's VWAP ? Looking at the intraday lot/most of the volume was buying 16/18 so a 14 close may trigger day/T2 'traders' to stop loss sell the open. Pity for them if that happens.
