If Teva did tell MSB they are pulling out, let's say late on 31st May Australian time, would MSB just come out and tell the market? We know they haven't been spending time thinking about that possibility - SI told us that. So it would come as a shock and there would be a lot to work through to be able to inform the market of the implications.
For the record, I don't think this is the situation, but I don't know why others are ruling it out entirely.
