    Looking at Commsec Price Detail, there are 85 buyers for over 4 million shares BUT over 2 million shares are below 16 cents (and not displayed by Commsec) and well over half the buyers are down there too. It's just stacking of the buy/sell ratio to create an impression. "Soft manipulation" if you like...

    IMO the market is riddled with such "soft manipulation" practices.
