Teva is a company with market capitalisation of around US$50bn.
It generates almost US$20bn pa of Revenue, from which it earns some US$6.4bn of EBITDA and Net Income of US$48bn
It's partership arrangements with MSB fall well short of materiality criteria which are normally earnings-based anyway and MSB, patently, currently makes no earnings contribution to Teva.
For context, Teva just in recent weeks cut a US$40bn check to buy a generics business.
MSB is quite a teeny weeny minnow in the context of the corporate gorilla that is Teva
