Based on past performance they will start "ordering" parts 30th September. Then they will announce a CETO6 pod as complete in maybe quarter 2 2017. Then they will announce a CR. Then they will have the second pod finished maybe December 2017. Then they will have another CR. Then they will announce they will install the pods in the water in June 2018. That will slip to December 2018 because the ocean is too wet. They will secretly pull them out of the water in mid 2019 and make no announcement of results, apart from that one graph they made in 2015 with no scale and the label tip-exed out and "CETO 6" written on top in biro.
Then they will announce MO is moving to Majorca because the "climate there is more sunnier yo, I mean more positive, I feel your SP pain, peace out".
Then in mid 2020 Poindexter will write an article about CETO6 for some online rag as if it was still in the water last week, illustrated with a stock picture of an Apollo command module.
