This is a shell waiting for a further acquisition, i dont forsee any particular bad news coming - maybe a potential acquisition is now off the cards meaning the wait is a bit longer.
Plenty of specs got hammered today and some will be locking in some profits and perhaps selling to wait to see what happens with CR8 first. Chance of funds here being locked up while in suspension for a while.
