I have organised project finance with KfW and they are not the quickest (when comparing with the Australian domestic banks). Having said that, they took about 3-4 weeks to get credit approval after I gave them the final technical due diligence report (or what KNL is calling the IER report).
I presume drafts along the way have been provided to KfW (would be crazy not to do so) and the commercial terms are all been agreed.
