i think @minoil means 50 million shares on register along with TC clients buying bulk on market last 6 months. Even if a raise is done at 3.5c - 4c by TC before a liftoff acquisition, there's still plenty of legroom for this to run towards the $15-20M MC ie. 4 - 5 bags
my only concern has always been O'Loughlin taking way too long to make a decision
